Hi, I’m Smith Deng, founder of Dongguan Qianlong Garment Co., Ltd.

Years ago I kept running into the same problem: overseas brands didn’t just need a factory—they needed a partner who could keep up with brand timing. Sampling dragged. Quality swung from run to run. Communication lagged across time zones. Too many manufacturers spoke only in production numbers while brands needed clarity and cadence. I started Qianlong to fix that gap—to make the path from idea to sample to bulk feel clear, controllable, and reliable.

We’re not a brand-new workshop. Our factory has been making garments for 26 years. We’ve exported apparel overseas for more than 13 years. That time shows up in how we handle fabric, craftsmanship, lead times, and cross-border collaboration. We’ve turned that experience into a customization service built for international brands: repeatable sampling so you aren’t reinventing every round; flexibility for pilot runs and confident reorders; transparent progress and QC checkpoints so you know where your order stands—even from thousands of miles away.

MOQ from sample runs — confirm colorway rules on quote. Early drops stay capital-efficient without forcing warehouse-scale first buys.

How do samples work and what do they cost?

Typical sampling is about 15 days (range 15–25). Sample fees start from USD 50. The fee can be credited against bulk orders of 200 pieces or more — confirm on your quotation. Sample policy also lives under production process.

How long do sampling and bulk take?

Typical sampling is 15–25 days. Standard bulk after approval is 25–45 days. Transit is separate and depends on destination and method.

What should I send in an inquiry?

Product type, quantity, target market, deadline, and references or a tech pack if you have one. We aim to respond within 12 hours.

How does payment work?
