Beanies
A knitted headwear direction with a defined cuff and finish.
Knit structure, stretch and cuff heightQIANLONG / CRAFTSMANSHIP LIBRARY
A pre-made graphic pressed onto the garment under heat and pressure to bond it to the surface. It covers full colour, stretch and special finishes in one step, which makes it flexible for placements that screen cannot reach easily. Temperature, time and pressure are set per material.
PARAMETERS
| Best on fabrics | Visual effect | Artwork needs | Limits / risks | Typical add-on lead impact |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cotton, polyester, blends and many finished surfaces | Crisp full-colour graphics, including stretch and specialty finishes | Print-ready artwork at final size; colour count set by the transfer | Adhesion depends on the base finish; wrong settings can leave edges lifting | Transfers can be prepared ahead, so decoration adds little to the bulk window |
