Specify chest width, body length, shoulder drop, sleeve opening and neck rib. Oversized does not simply mean grading up a regular pattern.
Fabric & hand feel
Compare cotton jersey, blended jersey and the required weight by swatch. Confirm opacity, surface and hand feel before choosing a print route.
Artwork & branding
Discuss chest or back graphics, embroidery, wash direction and branded neck finishing. Approve placement and colour on the actual base fabric.
